Never have I had such a relaxing semester. Finally I get 1 free day with the rest of the week having a maximum of 3 hrs- lessons each day. SHIOK. No further complaints other than hockey lessons at 5.30-7.30pm.
In 1 word, this week has been 'SPORTY'.
Mon - 30mins jog, 2hrs hockey, 1hr fitess & conditioning
Tues - 1hr of F&C (pacing) & 2hrs hockey
Wed - 10 to 12km morning run
Thurs - 1hr F&C
Fri - 10 to 12km morning run & 2hrs hockey
Sat - 1.5hrs of cycling.
Off to a trimming start, if I continue to keep up with such a routine. Well, its a good thing since I'm training for my first triathlon in april. Excited!
On the topic of the triathlon, I've been pondering about investing in a proper attire. But first on my list is a sports sunnies. Been checking out a few but they're all ultra pricey. Definitely not within my budget for now. Hoping for a miracle.
With all these "good to have" items in mind, its making it hard to save up! But I will!!!!
